At Seoane Insurance we comply with laws and regulations applicable to advising and enrolling in Marketplace health plans (ACA/Obamacare). We are not Healthcare.gov nor a government agency; we act as an independent agency/advisors.

We maintain internal policies, controls, and training to ensure regulatory compliance and service quality. We follow the rules of the Marketplace and the insurers we work with.

2. Privacy and security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the personal information we handle. When we manage data to assess eligibility or complete applications, we use it only for those purposes and as permitted by law. See also our Privacy Policy.

3. Non-discrimination

We provide services without discrimination based on national origin, race, color, age, disability, sex, gender identity, or any other category protected by law. We may offer reasonable language assistance to applicants with limited English proficiency.
